DO I NEED A COACH?

Coaching is the process of having a professional assist you in assessing your present situation, identify any limitations that may be holding you back, then support you with where you want to move forward in life (e.g., career, health, interpersonal relationships, personal development, etc), and accompany you in your journey towards your goals.
​
The coach’s role is to provide you feedback that reflects your strengths and areas that you may want to improve in order to develop into your full potential-self. In addition, the coach has expertise in his/her respective field that can provide you with information and techniques to help you achieving your goals more efficiently than you working on your own.
You may be interested but are reluctant about working with a coach. A simple test below will help you gauge your life situation for a better understanding of where you are right now. Please rate each of the components from 1 to 10 (1 being the worst state you can be in–panicking, 10 being the best–you are at you peak).

Which component has score lower than 5?

There is no right or wrong in the answer. The scores represent how you see where you are right now in relation to where you want to be. Score below 5 indicates that there is something in that area of your life that you may want to spend more time and efforts to work on, but haven’t made any progress just yet, or your strategy hasn’t worked well so far. At this point, it could be helpful to have someone to sit down with you and work it you to improve those specific current state.
