Training Registration Form
PSMB / HRDF Claims
We are a registered training provider under HRDF & MOF (Ministry of Finance). All our training programmes are claimable.
Institute of Commercial Management, UK
* Certificates will be awarded by The Box Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. If you would like to request for certificates from The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) UK, an additional fee of RM480 will need to be paid separately. The ICM certificates will then be posted to you between 8 - 10 weeks upon completion of the training programme.
Payment via Interbank Transfer / Cheque
If you wish to make a transfer via Interbank Giro or cheque, please complete the registration form below, and we will then revert to you with our bank details. All cheques should be made payable to 'The Box Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd.'
Upon completion of the registration form, we will send you an official quotation to confirm the booking for the training programme.
Our Simple Terms & Conditions (and it is not in fine print because we do not believe in fine prints...)
1. All payments shall be made immediately after registration. Due to our hotel & administrative costs, there will be no refund for cancellations made 30 days before the date of the training.
2. The training programme is deemed confirmed once you've received our Training Confirmation Notice via email from us.
3. Under extenuating circumstances, The Box Solutions reserves the right to cancel any training programmes. A full refund will be given if the event is cancelled.
4. The Box Solutions reserves the right to change the date & venue of the training programme. Participants will be notified about change via email.
5. The trainer may sometimes alter the content of training programme in the interest of the participants.
5. We are happy to accept a substitute participant at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
6. Official receipts will be issued via soft copy upon receipt of the full payment.
