The Law of Thankfulness
🧒 My daughter screamed from the #balcony a couple of weeks ago and said ‘mummy... mummy... come look!!!’
🌅 I went out and looked at the #sky in absolute #amazement. For the first time, I saw a pinkish purple #sunset.
👨👩👧👦 Soon my husband and son joined us in the balcony and we all spent a few moments watching the #sun go down.
🌈 The #beauty in all this is a few things:
- The feeling of #togetherness that we had at that moment
- Watching the #miracle of the universe
- Absolute #wonderment to the captivating sights nature presents to us.
- When we look at the sky, it shifts #perspective for a moment. All our troubles seem small. It grounds us. Reminds us that everything is temporary.
- Being filled with #gratitude to the Man Upstairs for his masterpiece
